A real person reads this address, and it is the only one. If your draft is tonight, say so in the subject line.
hello@draftcommand.appOpen the app once before draft day and import your league. Import takes a few seconds and confirms the settings came across the way your league actually plays. Finding out at 7:58pm that a scoring rule did not translate is the one problem this app should never hand you.
If any of your league's rules could not be translated, the board says so and keeps saying so — it is not a warning shown once at import and then forgotten. Send us the league and we will look at it.
All four can import your league's settings. Only some can follow a draft live, and that is a limit of what each platform publishes, not a feature we left out.
| Platform | Import settings | Follow a draft live |
|---|---|---|
| Sleeper | Yes | Yes — picks, and live auction nominations with the current bid |
| ESPN | Yes | Picks only — ESPN does not publish nominations |
| Yahoo | Yes | No — Yahoo publishes no draft feed |
| CBS Sports | Yes | No |
Where live sync is unavailable, manual entry is the answer, and it is a first-class mode rather than a fallback. Key each pick in as the room calls it — the board reprices itself after every one, exactly as it does from a live feed, and there is an undo bar for the moment somebody misspeaks.
That is deliberate. We take the most conservative reading of what Yahoo permits a developer to do with their fantasy information, which means a Yahoo league lives only while the app is open and is never written to disk. Your connection to Yahoo is kept, so re-importing is a single tap rather than signing in again.
You sign in on the platform's own page: Yahoo's in a secure system browser window, ESPN's and CBS Sports' in a private browser window inside the app. Your password goes only to that platform; Draft Command never reads it and it never reaches us. Access is read-only — the app cannot change your roster, lineup, or transactions, on any platform.
The board only prices players who appear on an NFL depth chart. That rule exists because a board full of players nobody will draft — the retired, the unsigned, the third-string — pushes out players who will actually go, and every one of those costs you a real roster spot.
It also means the board can be wrong the other way, early in camp, before depth charts settle. If somebody is missing who plainly should not be, tell us — that is a data problem worth hearing about.
They often will not, and that is the product rather than a defect. Values are computed from your league's actual settings — its scoring, its roster slots, its budget — rather than adjusted from a generic list. A tight end in a league that starts two is not the same asset as one in a league that starts one, and a single national ranking cannot say so.
They grade a projection, not a season. An A means a team bought more of what the model values than the rest of the room did. It is genuinely useful for the argument afterwards, and it is not a forecast of who wins your league. The app says so on the screen, and we would rather repeat it than let a confident letter imply more than it knows.
One payment, for one season, and it does not renew. It is not a subscription. Nothing will be charged in March for an app you last opened in September — that shape of billing is why so many people distrust sports apps, and we would rather you buy it again next August because it worked.
The board, the valuations, the tiers, manual pick entry and undo are free permanently. A draft you have already started never stops working because of a payment screen.
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the purchase screen and tap Restore a purchase. A season pass is not restored automatically the way some purchases are, so this step is necessary and takes a moment.
If a purchase went through and the app still does not show it, email us with the date and the Apple ID's email address and we will sort it out.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Tell us as well if something did not work — Apple will not pass that on, and we would like to fix it.
iPhone or iPad running iOS 17 or later, or a Mac running macOS 13 or later. An internet connection is needed to import a league, follow a draft live, use League Command in season, and download updated player projections. The board, the valuations and manual pick entry work offline, using the projections already on your device.

The app collects no analytics, so nothing about a problem reaches us unless you send it. That is the trade for collecting nothing — see the privacy policy.
